No one is stealing your energy… You’ve simply identified with an illusion.
Believing that someone or something outside of you is draining your energy already distances you from yourself.
Because nothing truly exists outside of your own consciousness.
Have you ever felt like someone was “draining” you, exhausting you, invading your space?
What if that feeling was just a mirror?
What if what you call an “external aggression” was only the projection of your own inner forgetfulness?
Before clinging to the idea that others are taking your energy, ask yourself the real questions:
- Why have I created a reality where I feel depleted?
- What am I still refusing to love within myself, and choosing instead to fight outside of me?
- What original pain has not yet been welcomed into my awareness?
- Who am I, if I am no longer the victim of the other, but the source of all perception?
Because the truth is:
No “other” has power over you.
The “other” exists only because you first separated from yourself.
You think someone is taking your energy?
No. You are no longer aligned with your own center.
You lost yourself in the story, the role, the fear, the defense.
And this “fatigue” you feel… it’s not physical exhaustion.
It’s the constant tension of your mind trying to escape what it doesn’t want to feel.
Maybe you are giving, but not from your Being — only from the need to exist for someone.
Maybe you’re still protecting yourself, because you haven’t yet recognized that nothing can harm you when there’s nothing left to defend.
So the real question becomes:
- What am I still protecting in myself, as if it were fragile?
- When did I start believing that my energy depends on something “outside”?
- And can I remember… that I am the only source?
You are not in danger.
You have never been in danger.
You are simply waking up to this truth:
The world is not attacking you — it’s showing you where you have yet to love yourself.
What you call “fatigue” is the pressure of forgetting.
What you call “wound” is the call of your own light.
Breathe.
You are not reclaiming your power.
You are remembering that you never lost it.
And that… is the beginning of true peace
