All Online Courses and Private Sessions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

ONE ON ONE SESSIONS

All one-on-one sessions are non-refundable.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30 day return policy, in which you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order for you to be eligible for a return, the product or item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or a proof of purchase.

There are conditions for your request of return to be approved. You are asked to send us a return request on info@nada741.com, including what is your reason behind the request, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The only valid reasons behind a request for a return on your item or products are: If you received the product damaged, or if you did not receive the correct product you purchased. In the case in which the product was received damaged or defected you are asked to take a photographic evidence and send it to us within 48 hours of receiving the item

ALL refunds will be given with store credit. Credit refunds are only possible for damaged or defective products and will only be available after good have been returned and inspected and will be in the original mode of payment. Please note that it may take time for your payment to reach you.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCT RETURNS IF:

Products have been altered in any form their original purchase
Tags and labels have been removed or if original packaging is not available
Items have been used
Items that have been purchased on sale or promotions

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the product has been used or tampered with, and we reserve the right to disapprove any return request made.
