Each year, World Mental Health Day reminds us that the human being is not only a body in need of food and care, but also a breath, a soul, and a consciousness that require balance and healing.
We often hear about stress, depression, anxiety, and exhaustion as if they were illnesses separate from us. But the deeper truth, as explained by Dr. Nada Rachid’s teachings, is that these sufferings are not external enemies: they are inner mirrors revealing our old wounds, hidden fears, and the doors of consciousness we have not yet opened.
From the perspective of consciousness and energetic healing:
Psychological pain is not a dysfunction, but a call from the soul to return to our truth.
Anxiety and depression often reflect our disconnection from our deep being, and our attachment to a “false identity” imposed by society.
True mental health begins when we accept to look at our wounds without fear and to welcome them with love, just as we do on an energetic healing path.
Returning to self is the deepest healing.
As Dr. Nada Rachid says:
“Liberation begins when we stop fighting the darkness and choose to light our inner light.”
Let us make this day not only a reminder of the importance of mental health, but also the beginning of a new pact with ourselves: a pact of listening, care, and consciousness.
