I’m often asked this question:
“How can I protect myself from black magic?”
And every time, I feel the same thing—tension, fear, and a sense of helplessness in the face of external forces.
But today, I’d like to invite you to see things differently.
To dare to ask a new question:
What if what we call “black magic” as nothing but an illusion?
There is no external force that can truly harm us without our inner resonance allowing it.
What we refer to as an “attack,” an “entity,” or “black magic” is, more often than not, a projection of an imbalanced inner world, a collapse of the neuroelectric field, or a consciousness temporarily disconnected from its source.
The human brain functions as a reality generator.
It produces a neuroelectric field that allows us to perceive the world as stable and coherent.
But when this field weakens—due to fear, anger, deep sadness, or beliefs rooted in victimhood—the brain enters what we might call an “illusory phase.”
In this phase, the boundary between reality and imagination becomes blurred.
The person may begin to see, feel, or sense what they believe are attacks, shadows, or external forces.
But in truth… they are merely parts of themselves.
Forgotten, wounded, or rejected parts.
Memories they didn’t dare to embrace with love.
And the more we believe in these external forces, the more power we give them.
The more we perceive ourselves as victims, the more our vibrational field drops.
And the lower it drops, the more this illusory reality becomes “real” to us.
And here comes the real question:
Why do I still need to live this illusion?
Why do I still need to see myself through fear, aggression, or the urge to protect myself?
When I understood this, something inside me found peace.
I stopped trying to protect myself.
And I began to embrace.
Not others…
Myself.
And that’s when everything began to change.
What I once saw as an attack became a message.
What I used to flee from became a part of me that was asking to be loved.
And you know what?
When I started loving these parts, when I stopped being afraid of them…
They disappeared.
They had no reason to exist anymore, because they were merely reflections of an inner world I refused to acknowledge as my own.
So if you feel this kind of aggression, or sense that energies are affecting you, disturbing you, or draining you…
I invite you to ask this question deeply:
What is it that I have not yet dared to love within myself, that makes what’s happening outside of me seem frightening, exhausting, or unfamiliar?
And never forget: the solution lies within you.
It lies in knowing yourself, for through self-knowledge, you unravel the internal problems.
And by unraveling them, you find the solution, merge the inner and the outer (mind and heart), and connect with higher consciousness—leaving behind the world of separation.
If you want to dive deeper into this reflection, I invite you to watch my latest video on YouTube: Black Magic.
With all my love and light.
