Because you’ve drifted away from your center.

Because you no longer recognize the silence that speaks to you in every moment.

Because the noise of the outside world—and your own mind—has drowned out the only voice that can truly guide you: the voice of your Being.

There are moments when it feels like we no longer know.

The inner turmoil becomes so intense that everything feels blurry, as if something within us is collapsing.

But that something is never your true self.

It’s the false self losing its grip, because it no longer has control.

So you look for a cause.

You cling to reasons, to people, to events.

You think it’s about that relationship, that choice, that mistake.

But it’s none of that.

It’s never about “the other.”

It’s your own light you can no longer hear.

And this feeling of being lost isn’t a punishment.

It’s a mechanism of love.

A sacred slowing down offered by your soul, to keep you from acting out of fear, memory, or ego.

When the mind is agitated, it’s not the time to understand.

Nor is it the time to analyze, decide, or resist.

It’s the time to pause…

To breathe the Being.

Not through your lungs, but through your Presence.

To breathe that peace which depends on nothing and asks for nothing.

To breathe… so that you no longer need to search.

You are not lost.

You’re simply standing at the threshold between the known and the unknown.

And that threshold feels scary because it asks you to let go.

To let go of who you thought you were.

To let go of the need to know.

To even let go of the need to “get through” this.

The universe doesn’t want you in reaction.

The universe wants you in creation.

And for that, you need to return to your original vibration—

The one you were before fear, before pain, before needing anything.

So don’t move.

Don’t decide.

Don’t judge anything.

Don’t judge yourself.

Let the light come in.

Let yourself be moved by something greater than you—because it’s not you who has to find the answer.

The answer has to find you.

And it can only do that if you are empty…

Empty of personal will,

Empty of the desire to control,

Empty of urgency.

Remember:

It’s not the silence that is empty.

It is the silence that holds everything.

And it’s in that emptiness that clarity is born—

Not in tension.

Breathe in that truth.

Breathe in that peace that depends on no outcome.

And you’ll see…

You’ll see you were never lost.

You’ll see it was already there.

You’ll see it was you, all along.

But for that… you must surrender.

And trust… the silence.
